Re-keying
The same client, rate or project typed into two or three systems.
Vannda_OS is the orchestration layer for Microsoft Dynamics 365. Business Central, Dynamics 365 CE and D365 HR* stay as your systems of record. Vannda_OS runs the work between them, and your people work from one brief and approve what matters, instead of living in ERP and CRM screens.
Which approved timesheets haven't been invoiced yet, and why?
Three projects have approved time waiting. Two need an invoice drafting; one has a rate that doesn't match the contract and is held for you.
Vannda has delivered Dynamics 365 for
Every time work moves between sales, delivery, people and finance, someone picks it up by hand: copying data, checking a status, updating the same record in three places. When CRM, ERP and HR come from different vendors, every one of those hand-offs is also an integration to build, run and pay for.
The same client, rate or project typed into two or three systems.
A won deal sits until someone sets up the project. Approved time sits until someone raises the invoice.
Late timesheets, missing purchase orders, queries about a rate.
Unbilled time, wrong rates and scope changes that never reach the invoice, written off later.
None of it shows as one line in the P&L. It shows as slower billing, thinner margin and a back office that grows faster than revenue.
Headless means the systems stay, but people stop operating them by hand. Dynamics 365 holds the records. Vannda_OS does the work across them. Your people work from one brief, in Teams and Outlook, and step in where a decision is needed.
Where people see what matters, ask questions in plain English and approve. Day to day work no longer means logging in to ERP or CRM.
Runs each process end to end across ERP, CRM and HR. Knows where every record lives, how each process runs and who has to approve what.
Your systems of record stay in place, with Microsoft security and one audit trail.
The daily brief we built and run at Vannda. Each morning it pulls Outlook, Teams and Dynamics 365 into one page, so the day starts with decisions, not logins.
The Vannda Brief, shown with sample data.
One brief is only useful if the systems underneath are connected and working together. Vannda_OS runs each process from start to finish across ERP, CRM and HR, and holds anything it isn't sure about for a person.
Ask in plain English and get the answer with the source behind it. If a question can't be answered from governed data, it says so.
Vannda_OS runs the whole process across CE, ERP and HR. It knows what happens next, who needs to approve it and what's stuck.
Vannda_OS prepares. A named person signs off anything touching cash, clients or close. When it isn't sure, it holds and asks rather than guessing.
Most agent platforms stop at the edge of one vendor's cloud. Vannda_OS starts from the other end: put finance, sales and people on one Microsoft platform with one data model, then orchestrate the hand-offs on top.
Plainly put: Dynamics 365 CE and D365 HR* store their data in Dataverse natively. Business Central keeps its own database and connects through Microsoft's Dataverse integration (synchronised records and virtual tables), and that integration still needs designing properly. Joining up apps on one platform is a very different job from joining up three vendors' clouds.
Pick a process on the left, then click through the steps. Each one runs across your Dynamics 365 apps, does the routine work on its own and stops for a person at the decisions that matter.
Vannda_OS checks the customer record coming through to Business Central and drafts the project set-up.
Vannda_OS checks availability and raises onboarding tasks for any new starters.
The team records time in D365 HR*. Vannda_OS flags missing or late entries.
Approved time flows into Business Central. Vannda_OS prepares the draft invoice and checks it against the contract.
Mock-up for illustration. Names, records and states are sample data, not a customer.
Event Capture and Event Console show headless CRM at a live event. The people in the room log what happened by voice or chat, and leadership watches every lead land in the CRM and get picked up. Nobody opens a CRM screen to do it.
From the meeting to the pipeline in ninety seconds, by voice or chat. Nothing reaches the CRM until the person presses the button.
Try it → For leadershipEvery capture as it lands, where each lead has got to at 30, 60 and 90 days, and a daily digest that a person approves.
Try it →The one that costs you time. For most firms that's won deal to first invoice, timesheets to invoice, or month-end.
We look at how it runs today and how often someone re-types the same client, rate or project.
Connect the apps it touches, with Dataverse as the shared data layer. Nothing is ripped out.
Vannda_OS runs the process with your people on the decisions, on a fixed price build and a flat monthly fee.
Vannda_OS comes out of Vannda's Dynamics 365 practice. These are results from that work.
“ERP projects have a reputation for being expensive, disruptive and, too often, unsuccessful. What stood out about Vannda was their ability to combine deep expertise with a relentless focus on delivery. They have consistently delivered for us, on time, and with the confidence that the business is ready.”

From accepted quote in CRM to invoice in ERP to cash in the bank.

Built from the ledger, and agreeing with it before anyone sees it.
"What will cash look like on Friday?" answered with the source behind it.
Approved time becomes draft invoices in Business Central, checked against the contract. Unbilled time and rate mismatches are flagged before the invoice, not found at month end.
Finance, CRM and HR on Dynamics 365 and Power Platform, with Dataverse underneath. One identity, one permission model, one audit trail, instead of a web of connectors between vendors.
More work handled per person, so growth needn't mean hiring people to move data. A firm with fewer hand-offs bills sooner, collects sooner and can quote more keenly while holding margin.
A won deal in CE raises resourcing and onboarding in D365 HR*. Timesheets recorded against the project flow straight through to billing.
A named person signs off anything touching cash, clients or close. Posting, payments, filings and client-facing changes are never done by an agent alone.
Business Central, Dynamics 365 CE and D365 HR* remain the systems of record. Vannda_OS orchestrates across them; it doesn't move your data into something new.
Anyone can see where a number came from, how it is defined and who owns it.
The platform keeps Microsoft's own controls, including Microsoft Entra ID sign-in and Dataverse role-based security.
Teams should be able to tell “what AI recommends, what a user approves, and what it actually changes”.
Salesforce put the industry problem in one line: agent platforms “have started to provide memory and learning, but they stop at the platform boundary.” (Salesforce, 20 Oct 2026)
Fixes one step and adds another hand-off.
Months of disruption before anything improves.
Useful, but often just moves the bottleneck to the next hand-off.

Your ERP and CRM stay as the systems of record, but people stop operating them by hand for day to day work. Vannda_OS orchestrates the processes across them, and people see what matters and approve it from one brief, in Teams and Outlook. The systems stay; the way people work with them changes.
Yes. Event Capture and Event Console run in your browser on the Headless CRM page, with sample data. People log a meeting by voice or chat, check a recap and log it; leadership sees every lead land and get picked up. Open either one full screen to try it properly.
Because the cost sits in the hand-offs. When CRM, ERP and HR come from three vendors, every hand-off is a connector between clouds, with three versions of the customer and three permission models. On one Microsoft platform with Dataverse underneath, sales, delivery, people and billing share one customer record, one set of permissions and one audit trail.
No. Business Central, Dynamics 365 CE and D365 HR* remain the systems of record. Vannda_OS orchestrates across them; it doesn't replace them or move your data into something new.
Not natively. Dynamics 365 CE and D365 HR* store their data in Dataverse. Business Central keeps its own database and connects through Microsoft's Dataverse integration (synchronised records and virtual tables). That integration needs designing properly, and we do that as part of the work.
Anything touching cash, clients or close. Posting, payments, filings and client-facing changes always stop for a named person. When Vannda_OS isn't sure, it holds and asks rather than guessing.
In your own Microsoft environment. When the context lives in your own Dataverse, you own what the agents learn, which matters the day you change partner or change agent.
